Blase Tech

Our little tech shop is over in M.G.R Nagar, specifically on the 7th Main Road in Velachery. We’re right near the Vinayagar Temple, so there’s always something going on outside. On festival days, it’s almost impossible to park. We’ve been at No 4/18 for a few years now. Inside, it’s mostly just computers and wires everywhere. It’s not the cleanest looking place because there’s always something being pulled apart or put back together. We spend most of our time staring at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't doing what it should. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, even with the fan going full blast. Sometimes neighbors pop in just to chat or ask for help with a phone. We don’t mind. It’s a local kind of vibe here. We aren’t some big corporate office with a reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there behind a stack of monitors. We handle the day-to-day tech stuff that people need. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The tea stall nearby is where we get our breaks. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. We focus on the work right in front of us. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the calls. We just take it as it comes. Being in Velachery is good because everything is close by. It's a busy part of town but we like it here.
