You can find us at the Srilakshmi Apartments in Chennai. We are in unit F.5, which is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. It’s got a very lived-in feel to it. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a little bit if you put it on the highest setting, so we usually keep it on medium. Rsa has been here for a while. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us. We like the fact that we are in an apartment building because it feels more relaxed than a cold office block. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, kids playing or people talking. It keeps things from feeling too stiff. We spend our days doing the work that comes across our desks. There isn't any big hierarchy here. If something needs to be cleaned, one of us cleans it. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s very informal. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the Chennai heat. It’s a simple setup. We have our computers, our desks, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s not a fancy life, but it suits us just fine. We just keep doing our thing and hope for the best. That is pretty much how we operate.
