Roses Driving School

Roses Driving School is located in Selaiyur, Chennai. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get, especially near the main roads. We started this because teaching people how to drive in Chennai is a real challenge that someone has to do. We aren't some big chain of schools. It is just us and our cars. We spend most of our day in the passenger seat, keeping a foot near the extra brake just in case. Selaiyur is a good place to start because there are some quieter streets before we take people out into the heavy stuff. We don't promise anyone they will be a pro in two days because that isn't how it works. It takes time and a lot of stalled engines. Our office is just a simple place where people come to sign up and talk about their license paperwork. We deal with all kinds of people, from young students to older folks who finally decided to learn. Chennai heat is tough when you are sitting in a car all afternoon, but we are used to it. We just focus on being patient. That is the main thing about driving. You have to stay calm when everyone else is honking. We have been doing this for years and we just keep at it, one lesson at a time. It’s a living, and it feels good when someone finally gets their license.
