If you’re near the New Bus Stand in Chengalpattu, you’ve probably walked past us. We are at No 38, Pillaiyar Kulam. Reliance Capital isn’t some distant company here; we’re right in the neighborhood. Our office is simple. We have some fans that hum all day and a lot of paper everywhere. Being close to the bus stand means it’s always lively outside. We see people coming and going all the time. Inside, we keep things calm. We handle the capital side of things, mostly helping local folks who need someone to look over their paperwork. We don't dress in expensive suits. Most of us just wear comfortable shirts and get to work. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just have our office and our reputation among the locals. Sometimes we have to explain the same form three times, but that’s okay. It’s part of being a local business. We know the area well and we like being a part of the daily life in Chengalpattu. We keep our records in order and try to be as helpful as possible when someone walks in with a question. It’s just how we do things here. No bells or whistles, just the usual work day-in and day-out. There is usually a bit of a breeze if the front door is left open.
