Our office is at 31 16 Karnnan Street in West Mugapair. It is a pretty standard spot in the Chennai 37 area. We have been working as an HR consultancy here for a long time. People come to us when they need to find workers for their shops or when someone is looking for a brand new start. It is a lot of sorting through applications and talking to folks from all over India on the phone. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We have a few fans going all day to keep the Chennai heat at bay. Most of our day is spent reading through emails or making calls to check on references. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from the morning until the evening. We don't really go in for big corporate slogans or mission statements. We just try to help people find a place where they can actually work. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked bikes and scooters, but we usually find a spot for ourselves. We have got a small team here, and we have all been together for a while, so we know how everyone likes to work. If you are looking for our building, it is right there on Karnnan Street. We don’t have a big sign, just a simple door. It is just us doing the HR things that need doing.
