Regenix Drugs Ltd. is located in Mount Chambers at 758A on the ground floor. Being on Anna Salai means we are right in the thick of things in Chennai. This road is legendary for its traffic and the sheer number of people moving through it every single hour. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for deliveries to come and go, which is important in the drug and pharma business. We have a lot of storage space for our products and the air conditioning has to run all the time to keep everything at the right temperature. It’s a functional space, not a decorative one. There are boxes stacked in various corners and the phone at the front desk rings pretty much constantly. We have a small team of people who handle the orders and the paperwork. It’s a lot of double-checking names and numbers to make sure nothing gets mixed up. The office can get a bit hectic during the middle of the day when everyone is trying to get things out for delivery. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that because we’re mostly busy with the logistics of the medicine. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we’ve been doing this for a while and we have a good system in place. Anna Salai is a busy place to be, but it’s convenient for our business and we have gotten used to the constant noise outside.
