Recruitment Firm

Our recruitment firm is tucked away at No 27 in Kakkan Nagar, Chennai. The zip code is 600 088. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been here for a good while. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building among others on the street. Inside, we have a few desks and some chairs for people who come in for interviews. Chennai can get very hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day long. It's a small team here, just a handful of us working on filling jobs and checking references. We don't use any big fancy corporate language. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which many of them are. Being in Kakkan Nagar means we see the same people walking by every morning. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy little spot, especially on Mondays when things tend to pile up. We don't have a big lobby or a coffee machine, just a small water cooler in the corner. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but here at number 27, it stays relatively calm for the most part. It’s just how we operate our firm here in Chennai. We enjoy being part of the community.
