Recruitment Executive

We’ve been working out of this spot in Basaveshwaranagar for a while now. It's on 4th Cross, right near 5th Main. Things get pretty busy here most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for work. Bangalore is a big city and finding the right job isn't always easy for everyone. We try to help out where we can. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. You’ll usually find us sorting through piles of resumes or talking to companies that need help finding staff. The traffic around here can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we like the neighborhood. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some are just starting their careers and others have been around the block a few times. It’s interesting to see what people are looking for. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We usually grab lunch at one of the local spots nearby. If you’re in the area and looking for a change, you probably know where to find us. We keep the doors open and just do what we do. It’s not rocket science, just matching people with places that need them. We’ve stayed in this part of Bangalore because it feels like home. Hopefully, we can keep at it for a good while longer.
