Recruitment Consultant

We are situated at 91 Varshini Apartments on Gokul Nagar 4th Cross Street, which is in Rajakilpakkam, East Tambaram. It is a nice part of Chennai to work in, even if it gets quite hot in the afternoons. Our business, Recruitment Consultant, is run out of this apartment, so it has a very homey and informal feel to it. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We just have our desks and our phones and a lot of work to get through. Most of our day is spent talking to candidates and trying to see if they are a good fit for the jobs we have on our list. It is a lot of reading through life stories on paper. We have been here in Tamil Nadu 600073 for a good long time and we have seen the area change quite a bit. We don't use any of those fancy marketing words to describe what we do. It is just basic recruitment work. We try to be honest with people about what is available. Sometimes the work is a bit slow and other times we are staying late to finish up some filing. We just do our own thing and try to keep everything running smoothly. It is a small operation and we like it that way because it means we can actually talk to people properly. We are just regular people helping other people find work in the city. It is a simple way of life here.
