Our office is at New No:56 here in Chennai. It’s a straightforward place where we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. We’ve been at this for a bit. The traffic in Chennai can be a real headache, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just our computers and a coffee machine that breaks down sometimes. We spend the day calling people and trying to see who might fit a job. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person, but we keep looking. We get a lot of emails every day. It’s a bit of a grind, to be honest. But we like the routine. The building isn't too old, and it stays cool enough with the AC on. We aren't a huge corporation. We just know how to find people for work. We talk to folks from all over, but mostly we stay focused on what’s right in front of us. Some days are busier than others. If you’re around our part of town, you’ll see the sign. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or anything like that. Just a bunch of people trying to match workers with jobs. It works for us. We don't need a lot of fuss to get through the day. We just stay busy and keep the office running as usual.
