Reach Management Consultants Pvt is tucked away in the Railway Officers Enclave. Specifically, we are at 115-M in Rostrover Garden, Teynampet. Being in Chennai-18 gives us a nice spot that feels a bit more secluded than the main busy streets. It’s an older area with a lot of character. We work on management stuff, which basically means we help other managers figure out their problems. It’s a lot of talking and looking at spreadsheets. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a practical space in a residential-feeling area. We’ve got some old wooden furniture and some newer computers. The garden area outside is nice when you need to step out for a minute and clear your head. Chennai can be a lot to handle sometimes, so having a base in Teynampet is good for us. We don’t really do a lot of marketing or go looking for fame. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just sit down with whoever needs help and try to find a sensible way forward. It’s not magic, just hard work and experience. We’ve been doing this a long time and we plan to keep at it as long as the phone keeps ringing. We keep the doors open and the files ready for whoever comes in next. It's a quiet life but we like being management consultants in our own way here in the enclave.
