At Ravi Accurate Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of unit 17 in the V.S.V. Complex at 177/2 Red Hills Rd. It’s a busy industrial complex with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We do a lot of engineering work here, which involves a lot of precision and looking at blueprints. Our shop is filled with various tools and equipment that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not exactly the cleanest place because of all the metal shavings and oil, but it’s a working shop. We spend our days cutting, grinding, and measuring things to get them just right. The Red Hills Rd. area is always active, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a small crew that handles everything from the actual engineering to the administrative side. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department; we just work together to get things out the door. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just part of the job. People know us for being reliable and staying at our spot in the V.S.V. Complex. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around; we just want to do our engineering work properly and keep the shop running smoothly for as long as we can. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the challenge.
