Raos Kalvi Nilayam

Raos Kalvi Nilayam is located right on Vepery High Road, near the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. You can find us at the old number 14, which is now number 29, in Park Town. It’s a busy area but we’ve made a quiet spot here for students. We aren’t a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we sit down and get to work on school subjects. Most of the kids come from around Chennai 600003. We’ve been around for some time now and people in the neighborhood know the faces of the staff. The stadium is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We open up in the afternoon usually. There are wooden desks and plenty of paper and pens lying around. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on the books. It's a local place run by people who live nearby. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If you walk past, you’ll see us busy with the children. Sometimes the lights stay on late when exams are coming up. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working space, so there’s always something going on. It’s just an honest place to study without any big fuss or complicated rules. We like being part of the Park Town community and seeing the kids grow up over the years.
