You can find Serwell Medi Equip at No. 2 on the 1st Floor in T. V. Nagar. We are right near the DLF area in Ramapuram. It’s a busy location because of all the big offices nearby, but our street is a little more local. We deal with medical equipment, mostly things like monitors and hospital beds. The 1st-floor location makes it a bit of a challenge when we have to move heavy gear. We have become experts at navigating the stairs with large boxes. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we often end up quite tired by the end of the day. The workspace is filled with spare parts, manuals, and tools. It’s not the cleanest or most organized place you’ll ever see, but we know exactly where the 10mm wrench is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with technicians or talking to people who need their machines fixed. Being near DLF means there’s always somewhere to grab a coffee, though we usually just make tea in the back. The building is older and has its quirks, like a door that sticks in the monsoon heat. We just work through it. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather spend it on better tools for the shop. It’s just how we keep things running smoothly for the clinics we help.
