Ramanujam Associates

We are located at No: 12 in Besant Nagar, which used to be Old No: 24/2. We are specifically on 25th Cross Street. Besant Nagar is a nice place to work because you get that breeze from the beach if the wind is blowing the right way. Ramanujam Associates is a small firm, and we handle things in a very traditional, straightforward manner. The office has been here for a long time, and you can tell by the way the building looks. It’s a quiet street for the most part, away from the main noise of the beach crowds, which helps us get our work done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and meetings throughout the day. The interior is full of wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't interested in looking like a modern glass office. We prefer the character of this old house. Most of the people who come to see us are regulars who have been with us for years. We just sit down, have a coffee, and talk through whatever needs to be handled. It’s a very human way of doing business. 25th Cross Street is a familiar path for us, and we like the routine of it. We don't do any big promotions. We just let our work on the street speak for itself over time and keep our files organized. Every day is pretty much the same, but that is how we like it.
