R K Foods

We are tucked away at No.49 on Easwaran Koil Street, which is usually a pretty busy spot during the morning hours. R K Foods isn't a massive place with glass windows or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working with the stock and getting things ready for the day. The street outside has a lot of people going to the temple nearby, so there is always some noise or the smell of incense floating in. We started this small setup because we knew the area well and it seemed like a good place to handle food supplies. Inside, you’ll mostly see sacks piled up and a few desks where we keep track of who needs what. It’s a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, but we manage to make it work. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, and we have to move everything quickly to keep it dry. My cousin helps out with the lifting and I handle the people who walk in asking for prices. We don't really do big advertisements or anything fancy like that. Most people around here just know us by word of mouth. It’s been a few years now and we just keep the same routine every day. Open up early, sweep the front, and start checking the inventory. It’s just honest work and we try to stay busy without making too much of a fuss about it.
