Professional Access

Our place is located at M 16/12 on Central Avenue in M.K.B Nagar. It's right in the middle of a very active part of Chennai. You can find Professional Access near the B.Deivanayagi spot. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks pushed against the walls to make more room in the middle. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people who need help with their paperwork or access issues. It isn't a high-rise building or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we can focus. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we have to read a lot of fine print on documents. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when things get busy. The street outside is always moving, so there is a constant hum of engines and voices coming through the windows. We don’t have a fancy lobby. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk across the desk. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just handle the requests as they come in. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to file or a message to return. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know how things go around here.
