Pro - Tech Engineering

Pro - Tech Engineering is based right here in Mogappair East at No. 5/23. It is a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads, which we like. The office is basically where all the engineering plans and tools live. We have been at this location for a while, and the locals in the neighborhood probably recognize the sign by now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of us getting up from a desk to see who’s at the door. The space is mostly filled with drafting tables and computer screens showing different parts and layouts. We spend our days figuring out how things fit together and making sure the engineering side of things is handled right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s a highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Chennai; we just want to do the work that comes our way. The walls have a few old calendars and some technical charts pinned up. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we have a few projects going at once, but we know where everything is. Mogappair East has changed over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We just show up, do the engineering tasks, and head home when the job is done. It’s straightforward and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just keep our heads down and finish the drawings.
