Precision Machine Tool Services

Our workshop is located at F24, on the 8th Main Road in the Sipcot area of Irungattukottai. We are right in the middle of a big industrial hub, surrounded by other factories and noisy shops. What we do here is fix and service machine tools. It is very detailed work that requires a lot of focus. We spend a lot of our time bent over lathes and milling machines with micrometers and wrenches. The floor is usually covered in little metal shavings and a bit of oil here and there. It is not the quietest place to work because there is always a motor running somewhere or someone grinding a part down. We have been in this 2nd Cross Street location for several years now. Most of our days are spent taking things apart and putting them back together the right way. If a machine is off by even a tiny bit, it is no good for the client, so we have to be really careful. We are not a big company with a lot of management layers. Usually, it is just the guys on the floor doing the actual repairs. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job because a client really needs their machine back to keep their own production line going. It is a lot of technical stuff but we try to keep our process simple. We just like fixing things that are broken and making them work again. It is steady work and we are glad to be part of the local industry here.
