Hijet Cutting Tools

We are located at No. 3/158 in Santhosh Nagar Extension, right here in Madhanandhapuram. It is a bit of a walk from the main Porur junction, but we like it here. Hijet Cutting Tools is basically a small shop full of metal parts and sharp edges. We spend most of our time looking at specs and sorting through different types of blades and bits. The shelves are always getting dusty because of the neighborhood construction. It’s just a few of us working here every day. We open up early and stay until the last order is packed. Sometimes the courier guy is late, which throws everything off. We don't have a big reception area or anything. It's mostly just boxes and tools everywhere. You can usually hear the sound of the fans running to keep the place cool. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for some time now. People come in looking for specific sizes, and we do our best to find what they need in the back. It is a quiet street mostly, except when the school nearby lets out. We just keep our heads down and handle the tools. It’s a simple business. We don't do much advertising, just word of mouth from people who know we are here in the extension. Our daily tasks involve a lot of checking inventory and making sure everything is ready for the morning. It’s a modest living but we enjoy the work we do here.
