Pioneer Tools & Hardware

We are situated at 112/1B on Broadway, right across from Loan Square Park. It is a location that is easy to spot if you are looking for it. The shop is filled with all sorts of things, from basic hammers to more specific hardware items that people need for building or fixing stuff at home. We have been on Broadway for a long time, and the park across the street is a nice landmark for folks who get lost. The shelves are pretty packed. We know where most things are, though it might look a bit cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. We spend most of the morning unloading boxes and the rest of the day helping people find the right size screw or a tool that fits their budget. It is dusty work, and our hands are rarely clean, but that is just how a hardware store is. People come in with broken parts or vague ideas of what they need to fix, and we try to figure it out with them. We do not use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned service. Broadway stays busy, and we are right in the middle of that flow. It is a simple business. We stock what people ask for and try to keep the prices fair. It is a good feeling when someone finds exactly what they needed to finish a project.
