Our office is at No 36- B/5 on Sadaiyappar Street. It’s a fairly quiet street most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We handle international trade and logistics from this small office. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people in different time zones. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and it drives us crazy, but we manage to stay on top of the shipping schedules. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us here making sure things move from one place to another without too many problems. The building is an older style, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We don't really have a showroom or anything to see. Most of our work is done through emails and calls. We’ve been on Sadaiyappar Street for a few years now and we like the local tea stall around the corner. We usually take our breaks there to clear our heads. It’s a straightforward business. We track packages, talk to customs, and try to keep our clients updated on where their stuff is. It’s a lot of details to keep track of every day, but we are used to the pace by now. It’s honest work and we stay busy.
