Peoplestrong

We are based out of the Air India Housing Colony on Airport Road in Meenambakkam. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes taking off quite a bit, but you get used to it after a week or two. Peoplestrong is the name on the door at No 16 1A 1. It’s a convenient spot for us, especially being right there in Chennai 27. Our office is pretty modest. We have some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need a good sorting one of these days. We spend our days dealing with HR-related things and plenty of paperwork. It’s not the kind of stuff that makes for great stories at dinner, but it’s important work for the companies we help. The commute along Airport Road can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour, so some of us get in early to beat the traffic. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees in this building. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay organized. We talk to a lot of different people every day, mostly over the phone. Sometimes folks drop by to hand in documents or ask a quick question. We try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the colony, and it suits us just fine.
