We are located on Nadu Street in Oduvankurichi, which is a village area in the Rasipuram Taluk of Namakkal. The office is at V. Babu’s place, right in the middle of a very traditional neighborhood. It’s a far cry from the big city offices you see on TV. Here, we are surrounded by houses and small shops, and you can often hear the sounds of the village throughout the day. The building is simple, with stone floors and white walls that we’ve decorated with a few old calendars. We have a couple of desks pushed together to create a larger workspace where we can all see what each other is doing. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, but inside we have the computers and equipment we need to do our work properly. There’s a big tree just outside the door that provides some nice shade in the hot afternoons. We don’t get many visitors from far away, but local people stop by quite often to talk. We usually start our day early, before it gets too hot, and we take a long break in the middle of the day when the sun is at its strongest. It’s a very slow-paced way of life compared to the city, but we still manage to get a lot done. We don't use any fancy management techniques or software to track our time; we just know what needs doing and we do it every single day.
