Engg Design

Our office for Engg Design is located in Padur, right near Kelambakkam. If you are driving along that stretch, we are just opposite the Nilgiris supermarket. It’s a convenient spot, especially for people who live around the OMR area. We do engineering design work here, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on our computers with CAD software and technical drawings. It’s a quiet place compared to some of the bigger firms nearby. We started this because we liked the technical side of things and wanted to work on projects without all the layers of corporate management. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints, half-empty coffee mugs, and various tech gadgets. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just looks up from our screen to say hello. Padur is a growing area, so we’ve seen a lot of changes outside our windows over the years. We handle various design tasks for different clients, some small and some a bit bigger. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We just try to get the drawings right and meet the deadlines we’ve been given. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
