We are over here on Sattana Naicken Street, right on the first floor of building 55/18. Most folks around Chennai know the area because of Nataraj Theatre being so close to us in Kannappar Thidal-Choolai. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the bikes and trucks moving through the narrow spots. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical supplies, getting things boxed up and sent out to the shops that need them. Our space is tucked away, so you really have to look for the sign when you're walking past. There’s always someone coming or going, either dropping off shipments or picking up orders. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep but you get used to it. We spend most of our time checking lists and making sure the boxes are stacked right. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a place where we do our work every day. Sometimes the heat in Chennai makes it tough, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed put at this address. Usually, people call us first to see if we have what they are looking for before they make the trip down here. We try to keep things organized but when a big shipment comes in, the whole floor gets covered in cardboard. That's just how it goes in the daily work at Padam Pharma Distributors.
