Orrchid Impressions

You can find us at No. 253/7 in Pioneer Colony, which is over in the Anna Nagar West Extension area. Orrchid Impressions is basically a small shop where we handle a lot of different printing and design tasks. It’s usually a bit messy because we have paper samples and proofs lying around everywhere. We don’t spend much time cleaning up the office for show because we’re usually too busy actually working on the orders. It’s just a few of us here. We’ve been in this part of Anna Nagar for a while, and we know a lot of the people who live and work around Pioneer Colony. It’s a good neighborhood. When the machines are running, it gets a little loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us answering the phone and trying to get the colors to look right on the page. Sometimes a customer comes in with a weird request and we have to spend the afternoon figuring out how to make it happen. We just try to be practical and tell people the truth about how long things will take. We aren't a big factory; it's more of a local workspace where things get done by hand as much as by machine. It feels like a real part of the community here. Most days pass by quickly because there is always something that needs to be finished.
