Organization

We are located in Chennai, specifically working on job profiles and related stuff. It is just a small office here in Tamil Nadu. We have been doing this for a while now, mostly just helping people figure out where they fit in the working world. It isn’t anything fancy or high-tech, just a few of us sitting at desks and going through folders and computer files. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around talking, while other days the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is a bit stressed. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a regular room with some chairs and a lot of paper. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles get a bit high. That is just how it goes when you are busy. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a fresh start or trying to move up. We listen to them and see what we can do with the profiles we have. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied. We don't make big promises because that isn't fair. We just do the tasks that come across our desks every morning. It is a bit hot in the afternoons here, but we have a fan that works okay. We just keep plugging away at it day after day.
