Olive Soft Technology Solution

Olive Soft Technology Solution is based out of H 402 in the Sowbaghya Apartments, which is in Ellis Nagar, Madurai. It’s not your typical high-tech office building. We work from an apartment, which makes for a pretty relaxed atmosphere. Most of us are from around here in Tamil Nadu, and we like the quiet of this residential area. We spend our days coding and fixing technical issues for people. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, punctuated by the occasional tea break. Being in an apartment means we don't have that cold, corporate feel. It’s more like a group of friends working on projects together. We have our computers set up and we just dig into the problems. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, and other days we finish up early. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just take the work as it comes and try to find solutions that actually function. The neighborhood is friendly, and it’s a nice place to be. We’ve been here for a while and have grown fond of the view from the fourth floor. It’s just us doing our tech work in a way that feels natural and local. No big fuss, just honest effort every day to get the software right. It can be challenging, but we like solving those little bugs that pop up unexpectedly.
