Ns Driving School

Ns Driving School is located at Shop Number 16/26 in Arumbakkam. We are right near the National Star School, so there are always a lot of kids and parents around during the mornings and afternoons. Being in Chennai, the traffic is something we deal with every single minute. Our little shop is where we handle all the paperwork and talk to people who want to learn how to drive. It’s a small place with a desk, a couple of chairs, and some posters on the wall about road signs. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the shop, though. We are out in the cars on the local roads. It can be a bit stressful when a student is trying to shift gears for the first time while a bus is honking behind them. We just try to keep things calm. The cars aren't brand new, they have a few scratches and dents from over the years, but they run fine for what we need. We don't do anything fancy here. People come in, they sign up, and we take them out on the road. It’s a very practical business. We know the Arumbakkam streets pretty well by now. If you pass by the National Star School, you’ll probably see one of our cars pulling out slowly with a learner behind the wheel, just trying to get through the day without hitting any curbs.
