Running a food business on O M R Road can be a bit of a headache with all the traffic. Our place is at 109 in Kannagapattu, and you can hear the cars and bikes zooming past all day long. Inside, we just focus on getting things ready for the people who stop by. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small operation trying to get things right. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time, and it’s usually quite loud with the fans going. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture, just some basic tables and chairs that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the actual food to worry about that right now. Most of the people who come in are workers from nearby or people living in the area who don't feel like cooking. We keep our English simple and our ways of doing things even simpler. There’s no big strategy here, just making sure the ingredients are fresh and the dishes are hot when they go out. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we have to tell people we're sorry. It’s just us doing our best in a busy part of town. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the road and the local faces.
