If you come down 1st Street in Parameswari Nagar, you'll find us at No. 9A. We’ve been in Adyar for a good stretch of time now. Our office is tucked away, and honestly, if you aren't looking for the sign, you might walk right past it. It's a busy neighborhood and we like the energy here. We’re mostly just a group of people who like building things. Architecture is a lot of back-and-forth. You draw something, you realize it doesn't work, and then you draw it again. That’s pretty much our whole day. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of the time we are just on site, wearing old shoes and trying to make sure the bricks are straight. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s the job. Sometimes we have clients who know exactly what they want, and other times people are totally lost. We just try to help them find a middle ground. The coffee machine in our office is old and makes a weird noise, but it gets us through the afternoons. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. We just talk like regular people because that's who we are. Some projects take longer than others because of the rain or permit delays, and we just have to be patient. We’ve done a lot of work around Adyar and the surrounding areas. It feels good to see a building finished and know we had a hand in it. It's simple.
