The Nextwave Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. office is at Old No 201 in Kamarajapuram, Nungambakkam. If you know Chennai, you know it gets pretty hot and humid here, but we stay busy inside with our computers. We do multimedia stuff, which mostly means we make games and digital content. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, coding, and drawing. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s not a shiny new glass tower; it’s an older place with a lot of character. We have people working on animations and others testing out how the games feel to play. Sometimes we get stuck on a bug for days, and the whole office is just quiet while everyone tries to figure it out. We take our breaks at the local tea stalls nearby. It’s a pretty tight-knit group here. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long pointless meetings. We just talk across the desks. The Nungambakkam area is always buzzing, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve seen the tech industry here change a lot, but we just keep doing our own thing. It’s mostly about making something that people enjoy playing on their phones or computers. We put in a lot of hours, especially when a release date is coming up, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We enjoy the process.
