New Ways Associates

Sajja Munusamy Street is one of those places that stays busy from morning till night. We are at No 72, which is right in the thick of things in Old Washermanpet. It’s an old part of Chennai, and it feels like it. The air is always a bit salty from the sea being nearby, and there is a lot of noise from the shops and the people walking by. New Ways Associates is just a small setup here. We handle a lot of the local work that comes through, mostly things that require a lot of sitting at desks and looking through files. It isn't a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in off the street or answering the phone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; people just know we are here on Sajja Munusamy Street. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know the neighbors and the local rhythms. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. We try to keep things organized, even when the street outside is chaotic. That’s just how life is in this part of town and we like it that way.
