New Design Signs Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 171 Burma Colony, right in the Perungudi area. It's not a fancy glass building, just a regular spot where we get our work done. We do signs for all sorts of people, mostly locals and small businesses nearby. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. We started out small and stayed that way, even though we’re a private limited company on paper. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else in the colony or from the post office area. We keep our tools ready and spend our days cutting, painting, and fixing things up. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we have to take a break in the afternoon, but we always get back to it. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. If you need a sign, you come talk to us, and we see what we can do. It’s been our life for years now. We know most of the neighbors and they know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and keep working. It’s simple and it works for us and the people we help in Chennai. We don't need much more than that to stay busy.
