Nambi'S Homemade Food

We are located at Q 3 Silver Palms, right in the Officers Colony. It’s a bit different from a regular shop because Nambi'S Homemade Food really started right in the kitchen here. The whole place usually smells like spices or whatever is simmering on the stove that morning. We don’t have a big storefront with neon signs; it’s more of a home setup where we prepare everything by hand. Most of our days start before the sun is even up, getting the vegetables chopped and the rice started. It’s a lot of manual work, stirring big pots and making sure the seasoning is just like it always is. We use the recipes that have been in the family for a long time. People from around the colony know where we are and often stop by to pick up their containers. It gets a bit hectic around meal times, trying to get everything packed and ready while it’s still hot. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay organized, though there’s usually a stack of dishes waiting to be washed. We don't use any of those big industrial machines. Everything is done in small batches because that’s the only way to make it taste right. It feels more like cooking for friends than running a business sometimes, which is probably why we’ve stayed in this Officers Colony spot for so long.
