Nalanda Kalvi Nilayam

We are Nalanda Kalvi Nilayam, situated at number 56 on Bunder Garden Main Street. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near the Perambur Church and the Lourds School. It is a nice part of Perambur, quite residential and calm compared to the main roads. We have been here for a long time now. The building is just a normal house-style setup that we turned into a learning space. We don't use any complicated systems or corporate talk. It is just about teaching and learning here. Most of our students live nearby and walk over after their classes. The street gets a bit crowded during school pickup times, but otherwise, it is a decent spot. We have a few rooms set up for different groups. It’s not a polished institute with glass walls. We have wooden benches and a few old fans that keep things cool. We think it’s better that way because it feels more like a real place to study. People in the neighborhood trust us because they see us every day. We aren't trying to expand into a big chain or anything. We just like being part of the Perambur community. If you are looking for the church, you will probably pass our door. It is a simple life we have here, just teaching day in and day out. Sometimes parents come by just to chat about how their children are doing.
