Down in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, at number 6 12, is where you will find Musgrave Products Ltd. We are located in a busy part of Tamil Nadu where there are lots of small shops and workshops all around us. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the trucks moving in and out of the area, but we like being here. We have been operating from this same spot for a long time. Our space is filled with boxes and parts, and there is usually the sound of someone working in the back. We don't have a reception desk or anyone to greet you with a smile and a brochure. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the benches or checking the inventory. We deal with all sorts of items every day. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running high. The staff here are mostly local people who live nearby and walk to work. We know the rhythm of the neighborhood, like when the tea stall gets busy or when the rain is about to start based on how the air feels coming through the door. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure things are packed properly. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where work gets done. The streetlights outside flick on one by one while we are still sorting through the tasks.
