Murugaiah Food Centre Private Limited

Murugaiah Food Centre Private Limited is right in the middle of West Mambalam in Chennai. Our address is on Subba Reddy Street. The building is Old No. 17, but the new number is 32. It is a very busy street with people constantly moving around. We have been here for a long time. Our kitchen is usually going from early in the morning until late at night. It is a small place and it gets very crowded when we are all working together. We do not have a big fancy menu. We just cook the stuff that people in this neighborhood like to eat every day. The walls have some stains and the floor is a bit worn out, but that is because we are always busy. We do not have a manager in a suit. It is just me and a few other guys from the area. We talk a lot while we are chopping vegetables or cleaning the pots. It is not a quiet place to work. We do not do any advertising or anything like that. People just walk in because they see the sign or they know us from years ago. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to run to the market ourselves. It is a bit chaotic but we like it that way. We just keep cooking and serving our neighbors. There is always something to do.
