Mukin Forklift & Equipments

Mukin Forklift & Equipments is over at 5/336, Neru Street. Vandalur is a good spot for us because of the space. We spend most of our time looking at engines and hydraulic systems. Forklifts are heavy things and they need a lot of looking after. We started this because we knew a bit about mechanics. It’s not a clean job. There’s always oil on the floor or some part waiting to be cleaned. We don't have a big marketing team. It's just a few of us here. If someone calls, we answer. We don't use scripts. We talk about what's wrong with the machine. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to search around. Neru Street is usually quiet until we start testing a lift. Neighbors are used to the noise by now. We’ve got a lot of spare parts piled up in the back. It looks like a mess to an outsider but we know where everything is. We don't pretend to be some huge international firm. We’re just a local business in Vandalur trying to keep things moving. We fix stuff, we sell some equipment, and we try to be fair. Most days start early and end late. That’s just how it goes when you’re working with heavy machinery. We don't have a mission statement. We just show up and do the work. It’s simple. We like the work we do here and the people we meet.
