Our yard for Mt & T Rental Ltd. is situated out in Padur Village in the Poonamalle area. The address is 62/2 B, though they recently changed the numbering to New No 99. It can be a little confusing for people visiting for the first time, but if you look for the big gate near the main road, you will find us. We have been operating from this location in Thiruvallur for a long time. The yard is where we keep most of our rental equipment. It is a lot of outdoor work, so things can get pretty dusty and hot, especially during the summer months. We don't spend much time in the office unless we are filing paperwork or taking a phone call. Our inventory changes quite a bit depending on what is out on a job and what has just come back. We spend a lot of our mornings checking the machinery and making sure everything is ready for the next person who needs it. It is a straightforward business with no real frills. We have seen Padur change a lot over the years with more buildings going up, but our corner remains pretty much the same. Most of our customers are locals or businesses from the nearby areas who know they can just drop by and see what we have available. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just try to keep the gear in good shape and make sure we are here when people need something for their work.
