Our place is located at 3/289 in N. S. Nagar, which is part of the Madarpakkam village area. It’s quite a bit away from the main city, situated in the Gummidipoondi region of Thiruvallur District. We’ve been here for a long time, working on pharmaceutical products. The area is mostly rural, so it’s a quiet environment for a factory. We have a set of buildings where we handle the processing and packaging. It’s a lot of routine work, making sure everything is clean and following the usual steps. Most of the people who work here come from the nearby villages. We don't have a fancy corporate office or a big PR team. We just focus on the production side of things. Every morning, the staff arrives, and we get the machines going. It can be a long day, especially when we have big orders to get out. The roads around Roshanagaram can be a bit rough, but we manage to get our deliveries out on time. We don't use any complicated business speak. We just talk about the batches and the schedules. There’s always plenty to do, from checking the stock to managing the paperwork for the district authorities. We’ve become a regular part of the landscape here in Madarpakkam. It’s a straightforward business, run by local people who have been in the industry for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
