Monica Driving School

We run Monica Driving School out of our office at No. 494 B in Ayanavaram. We’re located right near the Lucky Hotel, which is a landmark most people in this part of Chennai 600023 know pretty well. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of people around and constant traffic on the streets. Our shop is just a small, simple space where we take bookings and chat with our students about their lessons. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, with papers on the desk and some chairs for people to wait in. We aren't interested in that polished, corporate look. We’re a local business and we like keeping things personal. Most of the folks who come to us live right here in Ayanavaram or in the nearby areas. Being so close to the Lucky Hotel is handy because it makes giving directions a lot easier. We just focus on the basics of teaching people how to drive well and getting them ready for their license tests. There aren't any big mission statements or posters on our walls, just the stuff we need to run the place. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep a fan going and just get on with it. Monica Driving School is basically just us helping our neighbors learn a useful skill they’ll have for life. We’ve been at this same spot for a long time now and we plan on staying.
