Molaga Chemistry Cuisines Llp

We set up Molaga Chemistry Cuisines in a quiet corner of Madipakkam. The address is Pl.No. 691A on 7th Cross Street in Ram Nagar South. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays a bit calmer than the city center. The name Molaga comes from the chillies we use in our cooking, though we do not make everything spicy. We occupy Floor A and it is where all the planning and cooking happens. We are an LLP, which helps us with the legal side of things, but the day-to-day is just us working in the kitchen. The mornings are usually spent checking the stock and seeing what needs to be ordered from the market down the road. We chose this spot because it felt right for a small food business. There is a nice window that lets in some light, but mostly we are under the tube lights working away. We do not have a flashy storefront to attract people. It is more about the work we do inside those four walls. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat, which is nice. We are not looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to provide food that people actually want to eat at home. The chemistry part of our name is just a little nod to how we mix different ingredients together. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without much stress.
