Mercury Driving School

Mercury Driving School is based right here in Thiruvotriyur. We’ve spent many years navigating the streets of Chennai with people who are nervous about getting behind the wheel. It’s not an easy job, especially with the traffic being what it is. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork, but most of our time is spent out on the road. We use older cars because they’re easier for beginners to learn on without worrying too much. We aren't some big chain with a hundred instructors. It’s just a few of us who know these roads like the back of our hands. We’ve seen every kind of driver you can imagine. Some people pick it up fast and others need a lot of extra time. We don't mind either way. We just sit there, keep an eye on the mirrors, and try to stay calm. The humidity in Chennai can make those long hours in the car a bit tough, but it’s part of the life. We don't use any fancy simulators or high-tech gadgets. Just a car, some pedals, and a lot of patience. People send their kids to us because they know we’re honest and we won't yell when they stall the engine. It’s a simple service that folks in the neighborhood rely on. We’re just happy to help people get where they’re going safely.
