You can find us over at Bharathidasan Colony in K K Nagar. Our office is in Bhuveneshwari Apartment, specifically unit B2 9. It is a quiet residential area in Chennai, which we like. We’ve been operating Maytas Properties from here for some time now. Dealing with apartments and land in this city is quite a task, especially with how fast things are changing. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or rent and sorting out the legal bits that come with it. It is not a glamorous life. Most of the time, we are just dealing with maintenance guys or trying to figure out why a pipe is leaking somewhere. We started this because we knew the K K Nagar area very well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few files, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just talk to people face to face and try to help them find what they need. Chennai is a big place, but we focus on what we know. Sometimes the humidity makes everything a bit slower, but that is just life here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. If you drop by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a call or look for a file.
