Our office is at No: 7B on Shanthi 2nd Cross Street. This is in the Velachery area of Chennai. The pin code is 42. Velachery is always crowded, especially near the main roads, but our street is a bit tucked away. 7B is a small place. We don't have a big sign out front. You have to look for the door number. We've been here for a while. The room inside is a bit small but we make it work. We have a couple of old fans that make a clicking sound. The 600042 area is prone to some flooding when it rains hard, so we keep everything off the floor. We are just a few people trying to keep things moving. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything. Most of us wear light clothes because of the Chennai weather. Shanthi 2nd Cross Street is a quiet little lane. Sometimes a cow wanders by or a street vendor shouts about vegetables. It's very local. We like being here because it doesn't feel like a cold office. It feels like we are part of the street. Markconsultancy is just us at 7B. We do our work and go home. We have a small rack for shoes near the entrance because it keeps the dust out. It’s a simple life. We usually get tea from the shop at the corner. The evening breeze is nice when the sun goes down.
