We are located out in Kayathoor, in the Enangudi area of Nannialam Nagai. Our address is 609 701, and it’s a bit different from the big city offices you see in places like Chennai. Being in a more rural part of the district means we know almost everyone who comes by. We handle manpower services, which is really just a way of saying we help people around here find work. Sometimes that’s on a local farm, or maybe it’s a labor job in a nearby town. It’s a small operation. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just some notebooks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and a lot of patience. People walk in from the village and we sit down to talk about what they can do. It’s not a formal thing with suits and ties. Most of the time, we’re just trying to figure out who is hiring and who needs a wage. The pace of life is a bit slower here, but the work is still important. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen families grow up and move on. We just stay in our little office in Kayathoor and try to be helpful where we can. It’s quiet, the air is a bit cleaner than the city, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done without making much of a fuss about it. That is enough for us.
