Our place is located at 82/55 on the first floor of New Street in Ayanavaram. It’s an older part of Chennai, but we like the feel of it. Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd is where we work on finding people for different types of jobs. The office isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need. We have files stacked up and a few desks that have seen better days. It gets a bit noisy outside because it’s a lively street, but we’re used to it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for work. We don't use any fancy software to talk to people; we just have regular conversations. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it keeps us moving. We’ve got a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything. If the floor needs sweeping or a light bulb needs changing, one of us just does it. We don’t have fancy titles that mean much. We just want to help folks find a way to earn a living. Ayanavaram has been our home for a while, and the people around here are friendly. We usually grab some snacks from the shop downstairs during our breaks. It’s a simple life, and we try to do the work as best as we can without making it complicated. This is just where we spend our time helping others.
