You can find us at No 11/16 on Padi Puthu Nagar Main Road, right here in Mogappair East. We are quite close to the S M G Kalyana Mandabam, which is where most people look for us. This part of Chennai has grown a lot, and we’ve been here through much of it. Mangadu Kamatchi Driving School is a small operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and the cars. Most of our students come from the local Mogappair area. They see our cars driving around and stop by to ask about lessons. We like keeping things on a personal level. Learning to drive is a big deal for most people, and it can be a bit scary at first. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We spend a lot of time navigating the local streets before we ever head out to the bigger junctions. It’s a practical way to learn. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to handle the paperwork and meet up before a session. We’ve taught all sorts of people over the years, from college students to grandparents. Everyone learns at their own pace, and we’re fine with that. If you're near the Kalyana Mandabam, you'll likely see our sign. We're usually around, either in the office or out teaching someone how to park. It’s a good living and we enjoy it.
